A New Song Contest: Tell Us What To Sing

Hey guys,

We are in the midst of writing new material for our next recording project.  We thought it would be cool to hold a little contest for our supporters, here’s how it works:

1. Send us your song topic ideas, including your name to CENTREVOL (AT) GMAIL.COM by July  15th.

2.  We will post the top ten topic ideas that we like here, on our site.

3. You and you friends will vote for your favorite topic.

4. The winning topic will be written and recorded by us, and the winner will receive a free Centrevol CD or T-Shirt of their choice.  (They will also receive a free copy of the song when completed).

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Our friends the Pseudo Rebels just released a remix of the track “Day and Night” by Kid Cudi. Check it out here.

Love Is On The Move Tour 2009: The Summary

We have finally arrived home in Long Beach – overwhelmed with a mixture of relief and letdown that the adventure has ended for a time.  We met soooo many great people, made amazing new friends, saw some of America’s most beautiful landscape, and have too many stories to tell in one sitting.  We would like to thank all the people from home who supported us with calls, texts, prayers, and emails.  Thanks for the pre-tour food and supplies. They are all exhausted.  Thanks to every school and program board who invited us to play for their community – we hope to return very soon. Thanks to all the clubs, sound engineers and protomers who worked with professionalism, and kindness to us.  Thanks to the amazing bands and artisits with whom we had the pleasure of sharing the stage.  Thanks to all the people who opened their homes and lives to us – providing a place to sleep, rest, launder and recoup. Thanks to all the new friends and fans we met – who supported our music with a listening ear, and money for a CD, t-shirt, sticker or pin.  Thanks to all the people who drove many miles and followed us to support our next show or two.  It is because of all of you that we consider this first major a success – and it is or hope that this will be the first for many tours to come.  Love each other and listen to lots of Centrevol!
